We ship from Germany across Germany, the rest of Europe and worldwide. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay, based on the weight of your order.

Trampolines

Trampolines are large and heavy and ship on a pallet, the big round, rectangular, in-ground and premium models possibly on more than one. Delivery is kerbside: the carrier brings it to the nearest accessible point, not assembled. An adult assembles and anchors the trampoline to the instructions on level ground with clear, impact-absorbing space around and above it; an in-ground model needs a dug pit with drainage and airflow. Anchor kits, pads, nets, ladders and tools ship by parcel.

Times

Orders leave us within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Germany, 4–10 business days to the rest of Europe and 7–20 business days further afield. Pallet shipments are booked with a freight carrier who calls ahead; allow 5–15 business days.

Customs

Goods are dispatched from Germany. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duty, VAT or clearance fee in the destination country is payable by the recipient.

Damage in transit

Check the packaging before you sign for it, note any damage on the carrier's paperwork and photograph it — that is what makes a claim straightforward.
